Covid-19 has and is giving the entire world a very hard time but it is not going to stop us from innovating and doing our best to satisfy the clients' needs. Our team has been working very hard in order to finish in very little time the filter mask machine against Sars-cov-2. Our goal was to both create a high standard product and to help everyone out there in the frontlines, who we are greatful for. It is in fact with great honor that we present RCA Bignami's face fask machine. The MED series is a flexible and modular web processing unit which has also been specifically designed to efficiently produce, at high speed, half mask “duckbill” against COVID-19. Four Ultrasonic sealing stations, double hot sealing stations for the pouch stock and complete clean room manufacturing standards are some of the features of this high quality machine to be able to produce Our half mask "duckbill" complies with PPE-R/02.75 VERSION 2. Certification of filtering half mask against SARS-COV-2. It is the same as FFP2 nominal protection factor defined in EN149:2001+A1:2009. The mask is made of five layers and coils used that are in the machine are coupled in advance.
